I know exactly why Satan and Gallow didn't like this..... however so of those reasons were the very same that I loved this film. But I love Tarrantino's style, so I guess it was likely this was gonna be a win for me!

The opening to this film is one of the best I have ever seen. I really loved it, but its a difficult one to recommend to friends once you explain what its all about.

I saw this and while I thought it was decent, I would have to say that anytime they had an opportunity to explore something interesting, they didn't and instead added more explosions. The movie was full of interesting characters who were wholly undeveloped.

hey, if you wanna know more about Neil Blomkamp i have his underground commercials and stuff he made when he first started. he also has a short called Alive in Joburg which is basically the forerunner to district 9... its the film Peter jackson saw and was impressed by

I can upload the commercials for you if you wanna see them... and find you a link to Alive in Joburg as well.

i have been following his career for a long time. When he first opened up a post house i dreamed of working there.

I thought it was pretty well done on expanding from the short film. Could have had some more character development and some more back story to make it longer but it was good to watch. Visually it was amazing.
