I'm watching Mirrors, with my back to the television, but I'm watching the reflection of the television in a mirror. So hopefully, that will cancel out any scariness. That, and since I'm facing myself in a mirror, I can make sure my reflection doesn't change on me.

I am not the biggest fan of folk music but I can honestly say that this was a great movie. Especially for the fact that they had all 3 members of Spinal Tap as a folk band. Awesome.

It wasn't a bad little flick. Definitely some of the best special effects regarding Amy Smart. The final scene was pretty original. Oh wait, this is another Japanese remake...

You'll mock it/me, but "Brideshead Revisited" the 2008 theatrical version, not the 11 hour PBS miniseries.
I have to say I was expecting it to kind of suck, but it was actually quite good. Emma Thompson was kick-ass as always, and the chick playing Julia, Hayley Atwell, has got a mega-rack on her.
Curious Case of Benjamin Button. It was.... curious.
Cinematography was very good. Parts had a very old-school feel. Like the outdoor shots w/ Pitt on the Indian flat head, or the WWII tugboat scenes. The color and lighting felt like watching a '40's film. But his New Orleans accent drove me nuts. And had I remembered that it was an F. Scott Fitzgerald story I read in H.S., I'd have passed. Kinda like The Old Man and the Sea all over again.
