We thought about getting a bearded dragon but my missus isn't too sure of them. We also thought about a snake, maybe a royal python, but tropical fish are my thing and we don't want to take on too much at once.
What I have...
What I want...

Snakes and a bearded dragon are easy compared to fish. Still, it's a whole new different set of responsibilities. If it was just more fish, that would be easier. I like snakes because I can clean them, give them fresh water and a meal and go away for two weeks and not have to worry. I have fish and frogs too though, so I always have to hire someone to watch the animals.
