You can get your emulators and roms from those (there are others)
One thing you'll need to find yourself are the BIOS files that the emulators need to work. They're unique to each system and are technically illegal to own unless you physically own the machine you're emulating (kinda making the whole endeavour pointless).
Once you have the emulator, the bios files and a playable rom (Game file), a little mucking around in the settings to configure file locations and joypad settings adn you're good to go.
The older systems are easy on the systems, but machines from PS2/Sega saturn need a healthy games-centric system to work (like what mine is).
