I love most hallucinogens, but shrooms are by far the best. I haven't done acid in years and the past few years got nothing but bunk x. The greatest thing about shrooms is how and cheep and easy they are to grow. I've never tried growing weed, but after reading how little work goes into getting literally ounces of shrooms, I was on board. I'm gonna be starting a new batch soon so in about 8 or 9 weeks they should be ready. This last summer when I didn't have the net and wasn't on here I was tripping about every other day for 2 or 3 weeks, I can't remember.

Meh.
It already tastes like licorice due to the annethol on it which is the same flavoroid found in fennel, black licorice, ouzo and arak.
Lighting a sugar cube on fire does nothing but look cool and make your expensive booze taste like bitter burnt sugar. The spoon is there to hold the sugar cube in place while water is slowly dripped over it. This melts the sugar which mixes into the booze and creates the swirling white clouds.
In Lebanon they just drip the water slowly into the arak (think 100 proof ouzo) so it can be sipped all day. Drop an ice cube in sambuca. Same reaction.
Anyone who tells you to set a sugar cube on fire and drip it into expensive and/or rare booze is a moron.
