Well, the good news is that I wasn't hit with a virus. The bad news is that instead, my hard drive just went T.U., it'll be a week before I get my system back, and if I'm lucky our tech guy will have recovered some of my files.
The huge Suicide Girls collection I've been posting from is backed up on a portable hard drive and so retrievable. I'm just hoping we can save the music/movies I DLed Monday and Tuesday and hadn't backed up yet.
That's all. Everybody back to the wild-eyed bungholery.

Got a BSOD the other day, and now Windows is informing me there's a problem with the HD. I backed up on the E: drive, but who knows what'll happen next. I guess what I'm saying is that if I disappear for a month, it's cuz I'm unemployed and have no money to buy a new drive, and you fags suck anyhow.

According to my office manager the drive itself is fried. The symptoms were that the PC was spontaneously shutting down (no blue screen of death or anything, just shutting down like pulling the plug from the wall) and apparently there's a physical problem with the drive.
So, we're replacing the drive and he's recommending I move to Windows 7. Anybody running that? Comments good or bad?
