He just wants to be friends...essentially in a nutshell-he feels like I deserve better and that I'm "settling" by being with him. And I'm pretty much furious. Its amazing how everyone else always seems to know whats better for you than you know for yourself. Hes focusing on the wrong thing...but what can I do. Im not gonna put myself where im not wanted. We fought all day today. And I told him if he didn't want to see me fine. I respected his decision, I don't agree with it, but Ill respect his space. And I told him he was a damned fool that's walking away from something that could potentially make him very happy. But I'm not gonna beg. Shittiest weekend ever...

its almost amazing how much bad luck you are having with "guys"

im sure you could snap your finders and find a person to fuck if you wanted but it seems that there is no one that is worthy of you. im sure there is nothing wrong and if i remember right you are easy on the eyes so i dont know why you are having such bad luck, maybe its the old "stop ooking and a good guy will find you" type of thing. i dont know from what i know i say you deserve so much better than you seem to be getting in the luck dept. He's really not a bad guy. He's just like any other guy. Nah I doubt it. I just think hes dealing with a lot of emotional baggage because of his past. Hes letting his past dictate what he thinks he deserves, and hes letting his past hold him back from moving on to things that are bigger and better. More sad than anything to me.
