The NASCAR Nationwide Series is set to compete for the first time at Road America next year, taking the place of the Milwaukee Mile in the 2010 Calendar.
Initially the one-mile historic oval - America's oldest racetrack - was set to host an event on June 19, but promoters failed to secure the necessary funding to stage both the Nationwide and Truck Series races.
Road America will take its place in the Nationwide calendar, series officials announced, adding a third road-course event to the series schedule.
