i started taking it yesterday and so far it's only made me shit a lot.

does it work? any horror stories?

I'm taking it now, got a free bottle due to a shipping error from a company I was ordering from and they let me keep it , I'm using the hydroxycut hardcore version and so far it's been decent. Taking the full dose of 6 pills a day and I do feel like my workouts are being used better. I put on a few pounds during winter due to my love of bacon and pizza so I'm getting rid of that.

Taking a lot of sleeping pills because of the high dose of caffeine in the pills. That's really my only complaint. I've solved that mostly by sticking with a sleep routine. That and if you don't get food in you within that 45-1 hour period after you take the pills you're going to get an knot in your stomach.

Cut calories, eat higher quality food, eat a balanced diet (not a fad diet) take a multivitamin and stick to a workout. Cardio helps but so does doing weights because muscles burn a lot of calories to maintain and grow themselves.

As for my shits, well they've smelled worse and even my piss smells stronger now so I'm taking that as a sign that it's working and it's due to the chemical reactions from the stuff in the pills. That waste has got to go somewhere...

I do. but I don't take hydroxycut. It's probably from eating a lot.

Yeah, lol forgot to add that in my first post. It's only two or three times a day sometimes now up from my one a day. Just more time for me to play my blackjack handheld.

One of my friends takes it. She hasn't lost any weight.
She started taking slim quick before I did and moved on to hydroxycut because she said it wasn't working. Idk much about it.
