im about to go look at a neighbors PC. she can receive emails from everyone but one person. theyve had this problem for a over year. i think shes running Vista. is there anything BESIDES the address being added to the blocked senders/junk list accidently, that could be causing it?

If it's an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, check that there isn't a rule or filter in place to move those mails to somewhere. Also, you might want to check the webmail if the account has one. I've got an AT&T account that the webmail is hosted by Yahoo and it regularly blocks emails as spam at the web-level and I never see them in my Outlook.

Brah, don't you know that once you work on someone's computer YOU become the guy they always call when they have problems even if the problem has nothing to do with the initial problem you fixed for them, brah?
