MP3 technically, but really its through my 360 and on the surround sound. They never complain when I have a party (probably terrified) but have complained twice when I was having a bath listening to Massive Attack in the middle of the day. Damn bass.

i listen to all my music generally on the radio, but not regular radio i have Sirius and cant live without it. and the other 10% is on cd or mp3

MP3 player. Thats the reason still have the factory radio in my Jeep because it does CDs and Tapes, and I got one of those tape adapters!

the iPod... I hook it up to my house stereo and bump the tunes. My car stereo died on me, unfortunately (what a sad, sad day that was), so now I have a little portable iPod player that can sit on my dashboard. Sure, the people in the back can't hear the tunes, but at least I'm happy.

I'm another sirius subscriber. But its usually a flow, it goes from sirius to ipod. If one doesn't have something good on the other will. When I'm at home its itunes and sirius online.

I usually enjoy my music through the ipod on my car stereo. My wife doesn't understand how I can spend so much on a car stereo but my car sounds better than a concert hall and I love driving.

I'm also a big fan of Pandora, and when I listen to it I hook my computer up to my home stereo. Freakin' love that website.
