nachos, I was watching the last week of Conan O'Brien and he was playing his best clips from the last 16 years and I thought this would be one you might be interested in because of your picture.

Hunter S. Thompson would not agree to come on Conan's show even though Conan is a huge fan (he tried for years to get him as a guest but Hunter always declined). As a joke Hunter told Conan's producer that the only way he would do an interview with Conan would be at a gun range drinking hard liquor and blowing shit up. Conan (being a huge fan) agreed to Hunter's joke as if it was a real offer and Hunter lived up to his end of the deal. Below is a link to that episode:
