Just to start a new thread about John McCain, since there's an Obama thread already.

My take on his VP choice is: WOW

My reason is because I think its more a knee-jerk reaction, and how does the rest of the GOP think about this?

I really feel the Palin pick is to counter-act the age issue as well as to show democrats he can be the maverick he's always claimed he was.

This also can be a ruse to pull Hillary supporters who were proud of her gender and not sold on Obama yet.

Wonder who Hillary would vote for?

Anyway, continue Palin/McCain discussions here, since it will make it easier to decide who you want to bash.

Personally, I'm voting for Obama.
