Bush and Obama: Same Speech Writers?

For the record, I am a backslid conservative with a touch of social liberal views but no where near a Republican but closer to a Rep than a Dem. How's that for convoluted? It's all about power regardless of who has the title. What works, works.

presidential speech writers always lift phrases from the past. what a useless video.
2 seconds on google and its clear as pie.. bush speechwriter = some old dude. obama speechwriter = some young dude.
