I watch my portions since working out is very difficult for me now and I have lost 30lbs in 3 months just by watching my diet, no sweets, no fast food.
The wife likes a little belly on me so I'm back to eating Entemann's chocolate glazed donuts again but I'm still 5'11" 180-200lbs.
