This is Iwafuneyama Cliff Stage at an old quarry at Mt. Iwafune in Iwafune-cho, Tochigi City. Its famous for the backdrop fight scenes from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Kamen Rider, and many other shows, movies, and concerts You can pay to pretend to be a Power Rangers or whatever character. I think the staff will take videos/photos with the explosions behind you.
