Thanksgiving Turkey draped with bacon over the bird, two pieces on each side of the breast and a piece over the leg and thigh on each side. Stuffed it with a whole white onion, roughly chopped with two pieces of bacon laid on top of that. It come out so moist and tender which will cause difficulty getting the bird from the pan to the serving plate. It has a tendancy to falling apart. Follow it up then with gravy made from the drippings. It SO GOOD!
