The Ohio legislation will likely be shot down by those who run this state. But, after reviewing the AZ law, I am in complete agreement with it. It is a carbon copy of US federal law, but the difference is, AZ intends to enforce it. The administration however threatens to usurp the AZ state law by non-compliance with deportation.
This whole deal is a clusterfuck. It ain't racism. It ain't profiling, it's the rule of law, and enforcement of it.
