Unfort, you can't order it - it's custom made for a German television station, which is why there was no ordering info given. Saw it on an art blog, and thought it looked sweet, so I shared it.
As for the name suggestion, "cuntanus" wouldn't make very good Latin, man. You could try
cunnanus, maybe, from
cunnus (Lat. for cunt) &
anus (Lat. for brodie), but that would more likely look like a use of the -
an- infix instead of a compound noun and thus create an adjective meaning something belonging to or coming from a cunt.
On the other hand,
te futue, is perfectly good Latin, and means go fuck yourself.
