What are the deal breakers that you might find at the person you started dating's house/apt?

Hypothetical question: You're dating somebody, you like them and everything's going well, when you see their place for the first time.

What would be an absolute deal-breaker upon you seeing it there? Less severe than a deal-breaker, what would be some turn-offs?
