I kinda knew you were just venting. Seriously, if it is not a "real" crime, it is in my jurisdiction's better judgement to toss my invite in the trash. I'm not taking part in handing out a life sentence because this the 3rd time someone got caught with "a" joint and the DA/Judge says their hands are tied. Mine aren't.
