CheyTAC is actually obstinate in this regard, they insist their .408 round is more stable and accurate than a .50 caliber round, even though just about everyone else that makes a sniper system uses .50 cal rounds (Barrett [M82A1 is my favorite], Armalite, Bushmaster, Steyr, Accuracy International, and on and on until the break of dawn).
