We are going to start giving away Amazon gift certificates as contest prizes soon.

We need to think up some contests though so throw some ideas out there even if they sound ridiculous...they might spark some ideas!

We plan to give out a certain amount every month.

Best placement of DSF advertising...

Interwebs scavenger hunt...

Best joke award...

Most Queen posts? :D

how about Most Gay Poster....i need a gift certificate.

Some sort of design competition...site could have a bit of a makeover. Dont want it looking like every other ordinary site doing a similar thing.

That's a good idea.. but not everyone here have design skills... I think that it has to be something that almost everyone could do... let's make it fair

Random Viral Advertising Contests, see who get the most noticed.

You should be giving gifts to the people who give to the forum. Have the members vote on best Music Download post / Best Porn post / Best Movie post every week.

Anyone can post a "random thought", but it takes work to post music and porn for everyone to enjoy.

I think the most post competitions would suck ass b/c you would have dumbasses throwing up stupid shit to get posts...

here are a few ideas

1. Caption Contest-(Simple Caption the picture)
2. Most creative DSF sign (like making one out of poop)
3. Photoshop contest like the do quite a bit on Fark.com, but that would entail people to have photoshop skills...
4. Reinact video movie contest. Pick a classic movie line.(super troopers-meow) Have DSF'ers reinact it, submit it to youtube, post it in DSF and then pick winner.

Problem with that is that once they receive any compensation for posting a DL then they have thus elevated the level to "piracy for profit" which judges LOVE to go all fire and brimstone on.
