Hot For Teacher Night - A Love Story Continues
You'd Think This Would Be All-Ages: Mary K. Letourneau and Vili Fualaau Do "Hot For Teacher" Night
Love conquers all, I guess. Former teacher Mary K. Letourneau will host "Hot for Teacher" night at Fuel Seattle. The DJ? Her current husband and former student, Vili Fualaau, whom she seduced and was impregnated by when he was 13. (That landed her in prison.) Fuel scheduled "Hot for Teacher" to replace the canceled event, "Make It Rain, hosted by R. Kelly". In a flagrant violation of the spirit of the evening, Fuel says it will be restricting entry to those 21 and over, and checking IDs at the door. - - - - - - -- - - - - - Mary K. Letourneau hosts 'Hot Teacher' night Awwwe look at the couple SEATTLE - The odyssey of Mary Kay Letourneau, which began years ago when she was a 34-year-old teacher who raped a sixth-grade student, has now evolved into "Hot for Teacher" night at a Pioneer Square bar. But the bar's owner says the event is all in fun, and he hopes people take it in the right spirit. Letourneau, who eventually served time for raping her former student then later married him after her release from prison, will be hosting the event Saturday at Fuel Sports Eats & Beats on Washington Street. Letourneau's former student, Vili Fualaau, will be there, too. He'll be the DJ, spinning Top 40 and club classic hits all night. Fuel's owner, Mike Morris, said he realizes having Letourneau host a "Hot Teacher" night could be touchy and might rub some people the wrong way. But the way he figures it, "Mary's done her time. She's served her sentence. They're now married; they have kids together." "It's turned into sort of a love story," he says. "I realize it had a sick twist at the beginning, but they're both adults now. They're both married by the state of Washington. So, it's just go and have fun on a Saturday night - and if people are looking to have some fun, just come check us out." Morris said this is actually the third time that Letourneau and Fualaau have hosted a "Hot for Teachers" night at the nightclub. The first two events were low-key, and he said patrons really warmed up to the couple. "We get lots of people who want to come meet them. And once they do meet them, they're like, 'Oh my God, she's so down-to-earth and so nice, and he's such a good DJ,' that it's creating like a stir or a buzz, and its bringing people back," Morris says. Letourneau's role is to make people feel welcome and comfortable, he says. "She meets people, she greets people, she dances to music, she hosts the party," Morris says. "And she's an absolute sweetheart. And everyone who meets her realizes that and is kind of flabbergasted by how nice she is." Morris says the idea for "Hot Teacher" night was cooked up between him and Fualaau. "It was sort of a joke but sort of real, and it was just something that we thought was a good name for it, and of course we got Mary's permission to do it," he says. "She's really trying to kick-start his career." Morris says the passage of time since the original crime should blunt any criticism. "It wouldn't be funny if it was a situation that was happening right now. By all means, that wouldn't be funny," he says. "But it's a situation that happened a long time ago, she served her time, now they're married, they had kids together, and we're just having fun." The couple first met when Fualaau was in the second grade. Their relationship became sexual when he was 12 and she was a 34-year-old married mother of four, a teacher at a suburban elementary school. Letourneau was pregnant with Fualaau's first child when she was arrested in 1997. She pleaded guilty to second-degree child rape and was sentenced to 7? years in prison, with all but six months suspended. Within weeks of her release, she was caught having sex with Fualaau in her car and ordered to serve the remainder of her sentence. She gave birth to the couple's second daughter while serving time. She was released from prison in August 2004 and the two were reunited. They got married in May 2005 at a tightly guarded ceremony at the Columbia Winery in Woodinville. Since then, they've kept a fairly low profile - until now. Code:

No-contest plea for woman who had sex with teen -- and her German shepherd
Posted by Barbara Hijek on September 23, 2009 08:00 AM Carla Rhea Maldonado, 41, of Palm Coast, was charged in 2008 after a tipster turned over a computer disk depicting her performing oral sex on a then-15-year-old girl in February 2005. The same disk contained pictures of her having sex with her German shepherd, reports the Daytona Beach News Journal. That effectively got Maldonado fired -- from the Flagler Humane Society, where she worked for nine years as a veterinary technician. Now she's facing some serious cage time. She'll will likely be sentenced to 5 1/2 years in prison followed by five years' probation. Plus she'll have to register as a sex offender. But Circuit Judge Kim C. Hammond could send her to prison for up to 15 years when she is sentenced Oct. 19. Her husband, David Maldonado, 42, is accused of recording the images of his wife molesting the teenager. He's charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography. She was not charged with any crime in connection with the dog. Bestiality is not against the law in Florida. Husband-and-wife teachers charged in separate student sex cases — in the same week By Sarah Larimer April 1, 2016 Charli Parker is a teacher at a private school in western Alabama. So is her husband, James Parker. On Monday, she was arrested — accused of having sex with a student, the Alabama Media Group reported. Two days later, her husband was arrested on the same charge, involving a different victim. James “Jamie” Parker was booked into the Pickens County Jail and charged with engaging in a sex act with a student under the age of 19 as a school employee, according to District Attorney J. Chris McCool. Charli Parker also faces accusations of carrying on a sexual relationship with a student, from October 2014 until March 2016, according to court documents. After the arrests, Jamie and Charli Parker were suspended from their positions at Pickens Academy, according to statements from the school in Carrollton, Ala., not far from the Mississippi border. “I want to make clear that none of the crimes occurred on campus at [Pickens Academy] and that the administration there has cooperated fully with the investigation,” McCool, the district attorney, said in an email to The Post on Friday. McCool told The Post that Jamie Parker’s alleged victim is a former female student; Charli Parker’s alleged victim is a male student. According to court documents, investigators believe Charli Parker and a student met several times for sexual encounters, including at a cemetery. On Thursday, court officials told the Dispatch, a newspaper in nearby Columbus, Miss., that warrants for Jamie Parker’s case weren’t available yet. “The incidents involving the husband and wife are separate and unrelated in place and manner of commission,” McCool, the prosecutor, told AL.com. Charli Parker, 30, taught and coached girls’ basketball at Pickens Academy, the Alabama Media Group reported. Jamie Parker, 32, was also a teacher-coach at the school, according to AL.com. “Unfortunately, these events have been a distraction from the many great things that take place at Pickens Academy,” Headmaster Brach White said in a statement sent to The Post on Thursday. “I request continued prayers for our school family and for all those involved.” White has described Pickens Academy as a school “dedicated to educating students in a well-disciplined Christian environment.” The school serves students from kindergarten to 12th grade, according to the Alabama Independent School Association. Neither of the Parkers’ names appeared on the faculty and staff section of the private school’s website on Friday. Code:
