Found this info on another message board way to creepy and perverted to read but ill post anyway. "TrainReq’s door is basically being beaten down by Disney lawyers. They’re scaring the hell out of him. He has 6 more pictures of Miley Cyrus, all of which were sent to Nick Jonas of The Jonas Brothers. He was trying to sell them, which probably is making matters worse. Hacking emails is illegal, afterall.

Anyway, I’ve seen the pictures. He showed them to me in person on his computer. He won’t risk sending them out. Miley’s not exactly naked in any of them, but as I said before everything can be seen.

I’ll break them down for you.

First picture: Miley in a black see-through babydoll with black panties. Thanks to the flash of the camera her nipples are clearly visible. I don’t know if she had the camera on a timer or a friend took it, because she’s standing free in front of a closet. The babydoll is probably this version (in black)

Second picture: Miley topless with her hands covering/cupping her breasts. She’s wearing white shorts. In front of the same closet as before. Still freestanding.

Third picture: This time she’s in a purple bra and panty set. The panties are see-through. She’s shaved. She’s in the same room as the other two, but in front of a dresser with a TV playing a Toyota commercial. Still freestanding.

Fourth picture: Back in the shower room as before. Pretty much the same shot as before, but this time we see a lot more of her ass with the wet t-shirt clinging to it.

Fifth picture: Still in the shower, this time facing the camera. She has her right arm covering her boobs, but the shirt is plastered to her bald crotch.

Sixth picture: Last one. And definitely my favorite. She’s facing the camera in the shower, one hand on her hip, the other by her side. Except for a few pockets where air got in her shirt is totally see-through. Both breasts with hard nipples and her crotch are clearly seen. She’s basically completely naked.

TrainReq sent these out to several potential clients, but I don’t know their status. With the lawyers going apeshit anything can happen. By the way, just so you know, I’m 17 years old, so even if these pictures are deemed illegal because of Miley’s age (15 in all of them), it’s still legal for me to see them. At least that’s my understanding. I would be very careful about the picture involving Miley Cyrus. All picture containing nudity in which persons under the age of 16 are depicted in a sexual nature can be construed as Child Pornography. They could make a Federal case out of these. (No pun intented)

Depends on the State you live in. Many states don't care what the age of the receiver/viewer/possessor is if the subject is under 18. Just a few weeks ago, two 15 year olds (boyfriend/girlfriend) were arrested for distributing and receiving child porn. The girl took naked photos of herself on her camera phone and sent them to her boyfriend. The boyfriend's employer found the camera, opened it to figure out who's it was and stumbled across the photos. Called the cops... The DA is not going for a plea deal. I know of at least 20 other incidents where "underage" didn't matter legally.

In the state I live in, anyone under the age of 16 can not consent to anything relating to sexual contact (includes kissing), nudity, etc. Between 16 and 18, the older party must be LESS THAN 2 years older than the younger partner. NO state has an unrestricted "age of consent" anymore. At five years difference it's considered a Class A felony. So, if the girl is 17 and born on Feb 10th, the boy/girlfriend can be no more than 19 but only if born before Feb 10th. Feb 10th or later and they are breaking the law.

Personally, as a father of a 14 year old daughter, I would hunt you down and make your life a living hell for even seeing the photos. Now, I also hope that my daughter has enough self respect to not need to take these types of photos in an attempt to keep a boy, I'm enough of a realist to know that might not be the case.

However, anyone passing the photos around with incur my wrath legally and in such ways that are not legal but would never be traceable to me.

One other point. You are walking a very fine line and may in fact have crossed it. You have seen these photos. You have not reported the possessor to the police. You are likely breaking the law and could easily be sued, even arrested. Hope this dude doesn't start naming names of who say the photos when he gets busted.

Just because you're 17, doesn't give you a free pass anymore.

i can understand that as a father you would be mighty pissed off, but would that 17 year old kid be the best person to blame? this is a totally hypothetical discussion, but parents in general love to pass the blame to anyone but themselves or their siblings. i think every bloke who reads these forums knows what it's like to be a 17 year old guy, basically you spend your life trying to stick your dick into anything. when a 15 year old girl behaves as cyrus has i blame it 50/50 on her and her parents. 50% goes to her for being a complete skank, and 50% goes to the parents for letting her turn into one. until a child reaches legal age her parents should accept responsibility for how she turns out rather than instantly pointing fingers

Not to get this off the thread, but when you say its the partly the parents fault for "letting her turn into a skank" , I have to ask if you have ever had a daughter? Im sure other parents here will agree, that just because you tell your kids (teenage girls in particular) not to do this, not to be a skank, etc, they dont just say "Ok , I won't" and do as you say. Its never as easy as non-parents think, especially when they are surrounded by all the influences they have these days that were never around back when we were kids. As a teenager, the last person they want to listen to is their parents. Friends and social opinions, and the opposite sex are much more important to them at that age, and as a parent, you simply can't compete without totally isolating them from external influences, and have them end up hating you for it, and when you do that, they tend to make up for lost time when they "get released"

I am not saying parents are totally blameless, i know nearly all parents - including myself - will admit that they have made some mistakes during the course of raising a child, hell some make nothing but mistakes.
but saying the way they turn out is totally the parents fault is just wrong.

Even parents that have raised kids 10 years ago fould find that it is very different now, you can't smack the kids to discipline them anymore without fear of child abuse charges, and these people such as Smiley Virus, are the role models that kids follow these days (i know my 12 yr old daughters favorite show is Hannah Montana!) so when they see them doing this, they want to do it too. Its like a different type of peer pressure.

So, that being said, unless you have a child of this age that you are raising, or have recently raised, and you think everything is the parents fault, then you need to shut, what is called, the fuck up.
