What was the ONE favorite gift that you received this Christmas?
 

For me, it was getting a pair of armor that you wear on your arms with three huge blades coming out of them. Yes, I collect weaponry, so these are great acquisitions to my collection!

One of those oversized indoor grill thingies. I like to cook huge breakfasts, so now I can do it all in one place with only one thing to clean. Usually I dirty up three fucking fry pans and shit. So this is cool (and kinda gay).

But I can sizzle up a good a pound or two of bacon in one swoop. Which is less gay.

I've had one of those for a while now. Best 4100 (or whatever it was) I have spent in a long time. Download the flicks, put them on a portable HD or a thumbdrive even, and plug it into the back of the box. Voila! Movies on your TV. It works great! Much better than burning DVDs all the time or watching on the computer.

I have to get one of those! How much will they set me back?

Mine was around $120. Pretty cheap and very kick ass. I used to have to plug an HDMI from my computer to my tv to watch movies. Now I can just plug a damn thumb drive into this thing and have full 1080p.

i seem to have a prob with watching a movie on my computer with it freezing pausing or the sound and video dont mach up. have you had any issues with that box?

Newest version has an ethernet port and will pull media off a PC through it. No need to connect a USB device which means no need to move the drive back and forth to a PC too.

if you have a netflix account then this device takes streaming out of the kitchen and onto the big screen. thinking of ditching cable and just paying for a modem and 9$ a month for unlimited movie streaming.:cool:
