This is a dude that's probably been with maybe a couple of women his whole life. One of them likely a cousin. The type that maybe gets a beej once a yea on his birthday, but not all the way to completion. Apart from that it's pure missionary unless the missus gets a little tipsy on wine spritzers and takes a ride on the wild side with girl on top sex. Of course, since he comes home smelling like a day's work and a handful of beers on the way, and wants some sex but doesn't want to shower first, that's all understandable.
