yes, but bc they deemed what they fired me for as misconduct they cant keep another employee doing the exact same thing. misconduct is misconduct

It's a very gray area and favors the employer.

Didn't you already collect unemployment from them and are now working somewhere else now??

Oh, so you collect a much smaller % then. CT doesn't allow that.
Hell, if you go back to school during the day you lose your benefits because they say you can only look for work during the day.


If they let you go due to "Misconduct" they must present evidence that you were counseled on company policies and that you continuously did not follow them and it was documented each time depending on the seriousness of each violation.

Do you know if they have any documentation??

they raised my weekly benefit and subtract what i make from it.


i was written up twice for the same thing, but my relacement did the same thing 19 times. she hasnt been written up, my boss played favorites and she loves this cunt so even though shes done the same exact thing she has had no reprocussions

i have the dates when my replacement began committing misconduct, 4 days after i was fired.
