My mom and my family were great, but they all died before I turned 18. So I didn't let myself have kids cause they would not have had the complete package and be "gyped" on that so to speak, plus I always had a hard time after that letting myself get close to most people from that.
Sorry you had to deal with that though. Glad your dad stuck around to try to help at least. That's not usually the case. :)
Thank god we have the internet to escape all this nonsense for a little bit. Screw social media though (yeah I know I'm in the twitpic which once upon a time was the better platform thread lol). |
